The name draws on Tamil letterforms, a nod to where the idea began, while delivery has always been built to work the same way for clients across India and internationally — without a single office to route everything through.
Aztrivon started from a simple observation: most small and mid-sized businesses don't have a technology problem and a marketing problem — they have one problem wearing two hats. A site gets built, but nobody can find it. Or a business finally shows up in search, but the page it sends people to can't handle the traffic or doesn't do what the business actually needs. Fixing only one half never held. So Aztrivon was set up to own both — the build and the growth work that follows it — under one accountable team instead of two vendors who don't talk to each other.
How working remotely actually works
Being remote-first isn't an absence of process — it's a specific one, built so nothing depends on being in the same room. Every engagement starts with a written scope and a clear point of contact, not a verbal understanding that only one person remembers.
Updates happen on a fixed cadence — short, scheduled check-ins plus async progress notes — rather than waiting for a client to chase status. Deliverables are reviewed and signed off in writing at each stage, so decisions are documented, not just discussed.
In practice, this ends up more accountable than a lot of in-person arrangements: because nothing relies on being physically present, everything that matters — scope, timelines, sign-offs — has to be written down anyway.
Who we work with
Indian SMEs and startups
Businesses that need a credible website or a piece of custom software, and a partner who can also make sure customers actually find it.
International clients
Teams outside India who want senior delivery at India rates, run on the same written-scope, scheduled-checkpoint process regardless of time zone.
Teams outgrowing off-the-shelf tools
Operations that have hit the limits of spreadsheets or generic software and need something built around how they actually work.
How an engagement runs
Discovery
A structured call to understand the business, the workflow or audience behind the request, and what "done" actually looks like — written up as a scope both sides sign off on before any work starts.
Design & plan
Sitemaps, wireframes, or a data model depending on the project, plus a sprint plan with checkpoints — so there is a shared picture of what is being built before development begins.
Build
Development in scheduled sprints with regular demos, not a single reveal at the end. Async progress notes keep the client current between calls.
Launch & support
Deployment, documentation, and handover — followed by a support window and, for most clients, an ongoing retainer for the growth work that follows launch.
What we stand for
We believe software and visibility are the same problem. A well-built site or app that nobody finds isn't done — and marketing that points to a broken product doesn't work either. Aztrivon exists to handle both under one roof, so clients get a single accountable partner instead of coordinating separate vendors.
