Approach
- 01Built QR-code table ordering — customers scan, browse the live menu, and order directly from their phone with no app to install
- 02Built a real-time kitchen display where orders appear the instant they are placed and move through New → Accepted → Preparing → Ready with one tap
- 03Synced order status back to the customer's phone live, from "order placed" to "on its way to the table"
- 04Built an owner/admin dashboard for multi-branch management — menu building and pricing, daily dish availability, ingredient stock, and role-based staff permissions
- 05Logged every meaningful action — price changes, stock adjustments, cancelled orders — for a full audit trail
- 06Designed the data model from day one to support multiple restaurant brands, each with multiple branches
